Kenneth Thimba is currently the CEO and Lead Consultant of Sales Resource Africa and its subsidiary SRA Consulting. Sales Resource Africa is a management consultancy that focuses on helping companies realize their revenue goals through recruitment of sales teams, sales training, business planning and use of outsourced sales teams.

SRA Consulting specializes in providing end to end management consulting services to companies which includes strategy, business planning, operations, finance, sales, marketing and training.

Ken has over 20 years’ experience in various senior management positions in some of East Africa’s largest financial services providers. These positions have mainly encompassed handling the following: Formulation and implementation of company strategy, recruitment, training, staff retention, motivating and management of staff in order to meet set organizational goals, sales targets, formulation of marketing promotion campaigns, organization of operational activities aimed at maintaining customer loyalty, attainment of high performance revenue targets as well as overall company profitability.
