Felista Wakina is a seasoned IT and Online Solution expert with over 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing, spanning her entire professional career, as both a manager and consultant. Her specialization is in Internet marketing, Web site development, e-commerce, Customer relationship management and sales training.
Felista Wakina, is well-known for her strategic imagination in aligning business goals with creative strategy and expression, has successfully led brand design and marketing engagements for a variety of clients.
Her experience across a variety of industries—including technology, healthcare, retail, education, development agencies consumer products and professional services.
Committed to elegant solutions and powerfully simple communications, her areas of expertise are sustainable design solutions, online brand identity, Online UI and UX, including strategy, web design, digital media strategy, site architecture, and site marketing.
Felista realized her career working initially as a teacher Aga Khan Group of Schools and later at Techno Brain where she realized the importance of personal selling when she owned her first business while in University. This lead to a career in IT Online Sales and a burning desire to help companies and sales teams succeed.
Felista has a Bachelor of Education (Home Economics) from the Moi University, a Master’s (Administration & Planning) from the Catholic University of East Africa in Nairobi, Kenya, a diploma in Software Engineering from NIIT New Delhi and is a Certified Oracle Financials expert among other ERP solutions.

She is an avid swimmer, hiker and currently jogger with Tipwa Tipwa.
Felista has had the opportunity to work with thousands of marketing and sales professionals providing Internet marketing services, sales training, recruiting, motivating, team building and helping them perform at top levels.
Felista has in the recent past been the Executive Director at Kenya Society of the Blind and is the CEO and founder of software company Softlink Options Limited. She has also served in a number of boards including Kenya Society of the Blind and St. Aloysius Gonzaga Secondary School.

Felista has moderated and led numerous online seminars and forums for both the able and visually impaired persons.
